God dropped this on me at 3:40am….

It’s important to cover your spouse in prayer all day every day! So many times, we get so caught up in our own things we have going on that we neglect to do this! Your marriage and your family are your first ministries!! Yes! You are seeing correctly the word ministries is plural, meaning they are separate but equal subset ministries however today I'm speaking about marriages.

Covering your spouse looks like praying for your spouse and interceding on their behalf that God continues to keep them safe, heals every place that is not disclosed to you that is painful, continues to allow the Holy Spirit to have total control. You are your wife Or husband’s help-meet yes, but also all are teammates/ battle buddies! Meaning that you have their 6 or their 12!!! Remember to always stay equipped with the armour of God! Ephesians 6:10-18!

So all in all, maintain C ontinuous

O outpour

V irtically aligned

E ngaging

R relentlessly intercession for your spouse!

Pray for protection of their, mind, heart, ear gates, eye gates, and those that they come in contact with Or entertain!

Also pray that they become equipped with A heightened discernment with ears to hear the Holy Spirit!
